NorClone's PCR cloning and gene subcloning services are highly flexible and can meet the requirements of any project. Our gene cloning and subcloning services include:
 

   1) Cloning the target gene to meet your specific research needs.

   2) Engineering an epitope-tag (i.e., His, HA, Myc, GST, FLAG, ...).

   3) Retrofitting an existing clone into a more desirable vector.

   4) Designing linkers/adapters.

You provide:

   1) 2~5 µg of the target gene in a plasmid and/or 2) the gene sequence file

       so it can be generated in our laboratory.

You will receive:

   1) 5 µg of cloned plasmid construct.

   2) Stab culture of E. coli carrying the plasmid construct.

   3) Project report including plasmid map and/or sequencing results.

Turnaround Time:

   Approximately 1~2 weeks.
