NorClone provides gene isoform RT-PCR service to discover new variants in different tissues and cell cultures. This service includes:

   1) The starting materials can be tissue, cell culture, total RNA or mRNA.
   2) Reverse transcriptase and PCR amplification.
   3) Cloning of the isolated gene isoform into an appropriate vector.
   4) Verification of the gene isoform by sequencing.

Customers will receive:
 

   1) 2~5 µg of the isoform plasmid.

   2) Stab culture of E. coli carrying the isoform plasmid.

   3) Sequencing chromatogram and text files.
