Library Screening
NorClone provides cDNA
and genomic DNA library screening service to isolate
genes of interest. Libraries can be provided by customers or made in our laboratory.
Customers can supply the
DNA probe or it can be prepared in our laboratory based on DNA sequences and materials
that customers provide.
The service includes: 1) Screening strategy; 2)
Probe design and production;
3) Library screening; 4) Purification of single positive colony or plaque.
Further analysis of the
positive clone by DNA sequencing or subcloning is available if requested.
