NorCone provides guaranteed DNA and gene synthesis service with 100% accuracy. This service generally includes:
 

   1) Sequence analysis (if required). We can codon-optimize customer's
       sequence for a special organism. Based on a protein sequence, we can
       reverse translate it and optimize the DNA sequence for the organism of
       customer's choice.
   2) Synthesis of gene and cloning into a standard vector (pBluescript) or 
       customer's vector.
   3) 100% fidelity guaranteed: sequencing data including chromatogram
       will be provided.

Customers will receive:
 

   1) 5 µg of plasmid containing synthesized gene.
   2) Stab culture of E. coli carrying the plasmid;
   3) Sequencing chromatogram printout.
 

The turnaround time depends on the gene size. For genes up to 1 kb, the average time is 10 business days.
